The in-person settlement conference is HEREBY rescheduled for October 5, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. On or before Thursday, October 1, 2026, the parties must each submit their confidential ex parte letters. See ECF No. 36. By Tuesday, September 22, 2026, Plaintiff must make at least one concrete settlement demand, and by Tuesday, September 29, 2026, Defendants must make at least one concrete settlement offer.
