   PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Parties' Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File Stipulation of Dismissal and to Retain Jurisdiction to Enforce Settlement. 101 . Therein, the Parties seek a thirty-day extension to file a joint stipulation of dismissal because additional time is required to initiate "guardianship court proceedings necessary to obtain approval of the settlement on behalf of the ward." See id. at 2-3. The Parties further request "that any dismissal entered in this matter expressly provide that the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Parties' settlement agreement." See id. at 3. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 101 is GRANTED IN PART. The Parties shall file a stipulation of dismissal of all claims signed by all parties pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on or before October 13, 2026. As to the Parties' request that the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement following dismissal, that request is premature.
