ORAL ARGUMENT SCHEDULING ORDER: On May 14, 2026, Plaintiffs McConnell Dorce, Cecilia Jones, and Sherlivia Thomas-Murchinson ("Plaintiffs") filed a motion for class certification, (Dkt. Nos. 485491 (the "Motion")), which the Honorable Jennifer L. Rochon has referred to the undersigned for a report and recommendation. (Dkt. No. 492). Plaintiffs have requested oral argument on the Motion. (Dkt. No. 486 (the "Request for Argument")). On June 4, 2026, Defendants filed their opposition to the Motion. (Dkt. Nos. 500503). On July 2, 2026, Plaintiffs filed their reply. (Dkt. No. 511). The Motion is now fully briefed. The Court GRANTS the Request for Argument. Oral argument on the Motion will be heard in-person on October 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. ET in Courtroom 18A, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, 10007. Any participant requesting permission to bring an electronic device (e.g., cellphone, laptop, tablet) into the Courthouse must email to Chambers (Cave_NYSDChambers@nysd.uscourts.gov) a completed Electronic Device Order on or before October 15, 2026.
