The Court DIRECTS the parties to meet and confer in a good faith effort to comply with the stipulation requirement set forth in the 97 Case Management and Scheduling Order on or before August 19, 2026. Upon compliance with the requirements set forth in the 97 Case Management and Scheduling Order, either Party may then re-file a motion for summary judgment in a manner that complies with all applicable rules and law on or before September 2, 2026. If filed, the Parties may respond and reply, respectively, within the time constraints provided by Local Rule 3.01 and the 97 Case Management and Scheduling Order. See Order for further details.
