MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Macon County R-1 School District, Donny Wyatt, and Aislynn McCollum's and Defendants Cynthia Basler, Brent Hodge, and Jeff Jones's Motions to Dismiss are GRANTED. [ECF Nos. 36 and 52 ]. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Donny Wyatt, Aislynn McCollum, Cynthia Basler, Brent Hodge, Jeff Jones, and John Doe, who are sued in their official capacities, are DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Macon County R-1 School District are DISMISSED for failure to state a claim. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state law tort claims against Defendants B.F., H.W., and J.B. in Counts VIII-XI, and these claims are DISMISSED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss Defendants Brent Hodge, Jeff Jones, and Cynthia Basler; Plaintiff's Motion to Appoint Guardian Ad Litem for Defendant H.W.; and Defendant B.F.'s Motion to Dismiss are DENIED as moot.
