Pending before the Court is the Stipulation and Proposed Order to Extend Deadline to Respond to Discovery Requests. ECF No. 57 . For future references, parties need not seek Court approval to extend a response date to written discovery when that date does not also extend the deadline within which discovery may be conducted. Further, if the parties do seek Court approval, then they must comply with LR 26-3 which establishes what information must be provided to extend a date set by a discovery plan and scheduling order.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED the Stipulation and Proposed Order to Extend Deadline to Respond to Discovery Requests (ECF No. 57 ) is DENIED without prejudice.
