ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Plaintiff failed to respond to the Court's order. On June 30, 2026, the Court issued another order giving Plaintiff until July 7, 2026 to comply with the October 28, 2024 order and advising Plaintiff that this case will be dismissed without further notice for want of prosecution if Plaintiff fails to comply by that date. (Doc. 20 .) To date, Plaintiff has failed to respond. Accordingly, Plaintiff's claims against Defendant QuikTrip Corporation are hereby DISMISSED without prejudice for want of prosecution.
