ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is Defendant Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I.'s Unopposed Motion for Leave to Proceed Without Local Counsel (the "Motion") (Doc. No. 13). Defendant subsequently filed a supplement to its Motion (Doc. No. 16) indicating that Plaintiff is unopposed to the relief requested in the Motion. Doc. No. 16 at 1. Having carefully considered the foregoing, the Court GRANTS the Motion. However, at any time during the pendency of this case, the Court may require Defendant to file the appearance of local counsel who satisfies the requirements set forth in Local Civil Rule 83.10(a).
