ADVISORY NOTICE TO ATTORNEY(S) AND COURT: On June 26, 2026, the Office of the Clerk notified the Court that attorney Mark Robert Barr was no longer in good standing due to their administrative suspension in the state of Colorado, effective June 18, 2026. The Office of the Clerk has verified that counsel has resolved their suspension with the Supreme Court of Colorado and has been reinstated as of June 26, 2026. Therefore, under D.C.COLO.LAttyR 11(a)(4) counsel is automatically reinstated effective the date of their reinstatement of the original suspending jurisdiction. (Text Only Entry) (zcoth)
