TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' proposed confidentiality order at Dkt. No. 15 . This Court recommends the use of the proposed order found at Appendix S of the Local Civil Rules. To the extent the parties seek to change the provisions in the Appendix S order, paragraph 5(d) of this Court's Case Management Order requires that parties submit "(1) a clean version of the proposed order that is ready for signature; and (2) a redline version that indicates the differences between the proposed order and the Appendix S order." No redline was submitted with the parties' proposed order. By May 8, 2026, Defendants shall file the required redline and an amended proposed order for the Court's consideration.
