COURTROOM MINUTES for Scheduling Conference held on 8/10/2026 before Magistrate Judge Susan Prose. For the reasons stated on the record, it is ORDERED:
The court finds Plaintiff's Notice of Dismissal Without Prejudice of Massoud Farazandeh (ECF No. 21 ) to be self-executing pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Accordingly, the Clerk's Office is directed to update the case caption to indicate Mr. Farazandehs role as "Defendant" is terminated as of May 22, 2026.
On or before September 10, 2026, the parties shall file a joint Status Report apprising the court regarding any arbitration agreements and their respective positions regarding a stay of discovery in this case.
