Order on Motion to Compel
ORDER granting in part and denying in part 33 Motion to Compel: For the reasons contained in the attached Order, Plaintiff's motion to compel is granted in part and denied in part. The parties are directed to adhere to the rulings contained therein. Despite previously advising the parties that there would be no further extensions of discovery, the Court is constrained to afford one FINAL extension, particularly in light of the fact that Plaintiff is yet to be deposed in this action. Accordingly, all discovery, including any expert discovery, shall be completed by November 10, 2026. NO further extensions will be granted. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Anne Y.
