   ORDER: The Court has reviewed Defendant's motion to adjourn the July 14, 2026 settlement conference before the undersigned, which is made with Plaintiff's consent. Defendant's motion is GRANTED. The settlement conference before the undersigned is adjourned and rescheduled to July 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 1040 of the Alfonse D'Amato Courthouse in Central Islip, New York.
   
   In order to promote the just, speedy, and inexpensive resolution of this action in compliance with Rule 1, Fed. R. Civ. P., the Court will hold an additional teleconference with the parties concerning the pending Motions for Summary Judgment (ECF Nos. 60 , 61 ) on July 14, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. The parties are directed to call the teleconferencing center at (571) 353-2301 and to enter Access Code 394649581 when prompted.
