Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to file a status report by August 12, 2026, updating the Court on the status and outcome of the immigration removal hearing scheduled for August 6, 2026. Furthermore, the Government is reminded that it failed to comply with the Court's July 31, 2026 Text Order requiring an expedited response by August 3, 2026 (ECF No. 4). The Government is ORDERED to file its response to Plaintiff's Complaint and Motion for an Order to Show Cause (ECF Nos. 1-2) by August 13, 2026. So Ordered by Judge Madeline Cox Arleo on 08/07/2026.
