(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE REGARDING SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RULE 7.l(a)(2) by Judge John W. Holcomb. JCSS is DIRECTED to file no later than September 11, 2026, a written response to this Order to Show Cause that demonstrates that this Court possesses subject matter jurisdiction over this case. The parties, and each of them, are also DIRECTED to file no later than September 11, 2026, their respective Rule 7.1(a)(2) Disclosure Statements. If JCSS has partners/members that are themselves any form of corporation or partnership not previously discussed, JCSS is further DIRECTED to provide the citizenship of all such nested partners/members until the Court can determine their citizenship and, in turn, JCSS's citizenship. The failure of any party to comply with this Order to Show Cause may result in the imposition of monetary sanctions against the non-compliant party and its counsel of record, as well as the remand of the action. A hearing on this Order to Show Cause is SET for September 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 9D of the Ronald Reagan Federal Building and IT IS SO ORDERED. (See document for further details) (yl)
