ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: For reasons set forth in this order, 95 Plaintiff's Motion To Strike Defendant General Motors LLC's Answer To Plaintiff's First Amended Petition (ECF 80), Or In The Alternative For Other Appropriate Relief is OVERRULED. On or before Thursday, September 24, 2026, plaintiff's counsel shall show good cause in writing why counsel should not be sanctioned under Rule 11, Fed. R. Civ. P., for filing said Motion (Doc. # 95 ) for an "improper purpose, such as to harass, cause unnecessary delay, or needlessly increase the costs of litigation" in this case.
