Because the Motion indicates that the claims brought by Plaintiff against Defendant No. 45 (Truworthymore); Defendant No. 56 (tonglianshangdian); Defendant No. 87 (Yingluno); Defendant No. 94 (JiaTuu); Defendant No. 104 (liangjiangdianzi); and Defendant No. 152 (Basysin) are dismissed with prejudice, those claims are DISMISSED with prejudice, and the Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to terminate each of these Defendants as defendants in this action.
