ORDER: The court ORDERS Mr. Spangler to replead in conformity with Rules 8(a)(2) and 10(b) and the Eleventh Circuit's instructions about pleading a complaint. See, e.g., Weiland, 792 F.3d at 1320. Mr. Spangler's must file the amended complaint on or before July 8, 2026. Failure to file the amended complaint on or before the deadline will result in the dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
