The LBC2 defendants' motion for summary judgment, Docket Entry 80 , is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is GRANTED as to the following claims, and they are DISMISSED as set out. The One Alliance defendants' motion for summary judgment, Docket Entry 83 , is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is GRANTED as to the following claims, and they are DISMISSED as set out. The motions to seal at Docket Entries 93 and 118 are GRANTED. Wallace-S earcy's medical records at Docket Entries 92 and 119 -11 shall remain sealed. The motion to seal at Docket Entry 99 is DENIED as moot. In accordance with this Order, the following claims will move forward to trial, along with the above-referenced issues of award of monies as set out. The Clerk shall unseal Docket Entries 98 -1 and 98 -2. The Clerk shall also terminate the following defendants: Kiser, Winston-Salem, Doe 1, and LBC2 Trust. (lg)
