ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on ACE Property & Casualty Insurance Company's ("ACE") Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint ("Motion to Dismiss," ECF No. 36 ). For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Court GRANTS ACE's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 36 ). Plaintiff George Smallwood's claims against ACE, as set forth in the Amended Complaint, are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Further, because Plaintiff's claims against ACE were the only remaining claims in this action, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to CLOSE this case. It is so ORDERED. Signed by District Judge Roderick C.
