The Court advises counsel of the reason for today's hearing and has reviewed the Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (ECF No. 29 ) and Joint Case Management Report (ECF No. 30 ). The Court notes that the parties are requesting 240 days to complete discovery. The Court will approve the discovery plan and issue the order today. The Court reminds counsel to adhere to the Civil Standing Order (ECF No. 10 ) regarding discovery disputes. Upon inquire of Mr. Hippler, the Court advises that local counsel will not be required to appear at every hearing. Local counsel is reminded to use professional discretion and maintain contact with pro hac counsel.
