ORDER Before the Court is the parties' Notice of Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice. Docket No. 249 . Having considered the joint notice (Docket No. 249 ), and because it is agreed, it is ACCEPTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement.
