The parties jointly request that the stay of this case remain in place while the appeal is pending. The Court finds good cause to continue the current stay. The parties are ordered to submit a status report to the Court by January 4, 2027 or 14 days after decision by the Tenth Circuit on the appeal, whichever occurs first.
