Defendants seek an extension of time to comply with the Court's previous order instructing Defendants to supply information "in a sworn declaration by Mr. White as to question nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7 and a sworn declaration by a party representative with knowledge as to question no. 1, 2 and 3." ECF No. 759 .
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants will have up to, and including, September 17, 2026 to file sworn declarations in compliance with this Court's 759 Order.
