SCHEDULING ORDER: Plaintiff's request 90 for a pre-motion conference in anticipation of its motion for summary judgment is DENIED. The parties shall brief Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment pursuant to this Court's Individual Rules and Practices. Plaintiff shall serve Defendants with its motion for summary judgment on or before October 12, 2026. Defendants shall serve Plaintiff with their opposition on or before November 2, 2026. Plaintiff shall serve Defendants with any reply on or before November 11, 2026. Additionally, consistent with the Court's Individual Rules, at the time of service, the parties shall serve upon each other their respective 56.1 statements. As a courtesy to the Court, unless objected to by the parties, Defendant shall file the motion, the parties' memoranda of law and Rule 56.1 statements once the motion is fully briefed.
