MOTION for New Trial Relief from judgment is warranted under FRCP 60(b)(2) due to newly discovered evidence that could not, with reasonable diligence, have been discovered in time to move for a new trial. This newly discovered evidence demonstrates severe conflicts of interest and improper influence affecting the integrity of this case. for the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff Yi Sun respectfully requests that this Court grant relief from the judgment, vacate the prior orders, and order a rehearing/re-trial of this matter before an impartial judge. by YI SUN.
