Order on Motion to Show Cause
MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a "Supplemental Motion" that asks for "the 'U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit' et al watch on and investigate the Judge." ECF No. 69 at 4. She asserts yet again that this Court has "engaged in misconduct" by being biased against her and for Defendants. Id. at 2. To the extent that Plaintiff seeks relief from the D.C. Circuit, this Court is unable to grant such relief. To the extent that Plaintiff requests this Court's recusal, she has not identified a legitimate reason for recusal or reassignment outside of the Court's "judicial rulings." SEC v. Loving Spirit Found. Inc., 392 F.3d 486, 494 (D.C. Cir. 2004), nor has she provided "facts that would fairly convince a sane and reasonable mind to question this Court's impartiality," Walsh v. Comey, 110 F. Supp. 3d 73, 77 (D.D.C. 2015). Thus, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's 69 Supplemental Motion is DENIED. Signed by Judge Timothy J. Kelly on 6/22/2026. (lctjk3)
