Court deems [ECF 153 ] Defendants Iron Eagle, Inc., James Petrides, and John Gravener's Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings as to the Amended Complaint and Application for Injunctive Relief filed on October 24, 2025 [Dkt. 132] as WITHDRAWN and TERMINATED. In addition, the hearing set for 7/10/2026 before Judge Jill A. Otake is hereby VACATED.
Lastly, the Court VACATES its prior ruling on [ECF 253 ] Plaintiffs/Counter-Defendants Kamaka Partners LLC, Kamaka Holdings LLC, and Kamaka Air LLC's Motion to Compel Third-Party Witness Austin Johnasen to Comply with Subpoena [Dkt. 221]. This motion is TERMINATED.
