In addition, the hearing set for 7/10/2026 before Judge Jill A. Otake is hereby VACATED.
Lastly, the Court VACATES its prior ruling on [ECF 253 ] Plaintiffs/Counter-Defendants Kamaka Partners LLC, Kamaka Holdings LLC, and Kamaka Air LLC's Motion to Compel Third-Party Witness Austin Johnasen to Comply with Subpoena [Dkt. 221]. This motion is TERMINATED.

Ruling:
Having carefully considered the merits of the instant Motion, within the context of the written submissions, applicable legal authority and arguments of counsel, for the reasons set forth during the hearing, the Court GRANTS the Motion. The Court ORDERS Third-Party Witness Austin Johnasen ("Johnasen") appear for a deposition no later than July 24, 2026. If Johnasen does not appear within the time frame ordered herein, the Court will entertain imposing costs associated with the filing of this Motion as sanctions.
Mr. Lautenbach to prepare the proposed order and submit to trader_orders@hid.uscourts.gov within seven (7) days.
