Minute Order Granting the Parties' Joint Motion to Stay All Deadlines Pending Approval of Settlement. ECF No. 80 ("Joint Motion"). Before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion to stay all deadlines, vacate the Pretrial Conference set for July 29, 2026, and direct the parties to submit a joint status report if the parties don't file a joint motion to dismiss by June 30, 2026. Id. The basis for the Joint Motion is that the parties settled this case and the related bankruptcy case, in principle. Id. The stay will allow the parties to obtain required settlement approval from the bankruptcy court and finalize settlement. Id. Based on a review of the Joint Motion and the record, and good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion. The Court VACATES all unexpired case deadlines including the July 29, 2026 Pretrial Conference. See ECF No. 71 . Additionally, the parties SHALL file a joint status report, including an update on the bankruptcy court's settlement approval, by no later than July 31, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Valerie E.
