ORDER: The parties have already had ample time to complete discovery. Nevertheless, the Court will allow a short extension of the discovery period. The Second Joint Motion [Doc. 24] is thus GRANTED IN PART. Discovery is extended a final time through and including August 21, 2026, for the limited purpose of conducting Defendant's deposition and the 30(b)(6) deposition. The parties shall file dispositive motions or their consolidated pretrial order no later than September 10, 2026. In the event that neither is filed, the Clerk is DIRECTED to submit this case. So ordered by Judge J. P. Boulee on July 23, 2026. (jkl)
