ORDER: Plaintiffs Motion to Compel [Doc. 211] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part without prejudice as detailed herein. More specifically, Defendant Peters shall be required to provide his cell phone carrier information to Plaintiff but shall not be required to provide his full social security number or financial records at this time. In making the rulings above, the Court has considered the factors set forth in Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(b)(1) and engaged in the balancing act required thereunder. In making its ruling, the undersigned is in no way makingany determination as to the merits of any claim asserted by Plaintiff as that is an issue for the district judge rather than the undersigned.
