MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Counter-Plaintiff Fisher Investments, Inc.'s Motions for Sanctions and Attorney's Fees, Docs. 67 and 79 , are GRANTED in part. Counter-Plaintiff is entitled to a blanket fee award for all t he reasonable fees it incurred in defending against Counter-Defendant Human's fraudulent claims. For this entire fee award, Counter-Defendant Human, his attorney Edwin V. Butler, and Butler's law firm, Butler Law Group LLC, will be jointly and severally liable. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, no later than Thursday, October 22, 2026, Counter-Plaintiff Fisher Investments, Inc. shall submit a record of all fees it incurred from the commencement of this litigation solely for the defense of Hu man's fraudulent claims. See Goodyear, 581 U.S. at 108-09. Counter-Defendant Human and Edwin V. Butler shall both have fourteen (14) days to file any opposition, and Fisher will have ten (10) days to file any replies thereto. See E.D. Mo. L.R. 4.01(B), (C). Signed by District Judge Matthew T. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, no later than Wednesday, October 07, 2026, Butler must provide a copy of this Memoran dum and Order, along with a copy of the three other orders signed this same date, to Counter-Defendant Daniel Human via electronic and physical mail to Human's last-known addresses and must file a certificate of service with the Court detailing to what addresses Butler has sent them.
