As a result, the Court accepts and adopts the findings and recommendations of the Special Master in the Report. The scope of the prosecution bar, Section 10 of the Protective Order (Dkt. 67), is MODIFIED to strike the language "in the field of non-invasive monitoring," with such language replaced by "in the field of intracameral implants, sustained-release drug delivery, and manufacturing processes related to such implants or drug delivery."
