TEXT ORDER--The Court is in receipt of Defendant BCB's Motion to Partially Seal their Answer. (ECF No. 15 ). In the Motion, Defendant indicates that Plaintiff's counsel declined to take a position on the motion. This is unacceptable. Plaintiff shall advise the Court in writing by September 11, 2026 whether it objects to the motion. If it does, a full opposition shall be timely filed by September 21, 2026 in accordance with Court rules. If they do not oppose then the motion shall be deemed unopposed and the proposed relief granted. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 9/9/2026. (JB)
