TEXT ORDER--The parties appeared before Magistrate Judge Adams for a settlement conference on September 28, 2026 but were unable to reach a resolution. Discovery in this matter is closed. Plaintiff is assessing how to proceed in light of the new tort claims notices filed as a result of flooding that occurred in 2025 and thereafter. Counsel shall meet and confer, and by October 9, 2026, submit a letter to the Court concerning next steps and a proposed schedule for same. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D.
