TEXT ORDER: United shall produce records involving acts of violence as described on the record at the 7/22/2026 status conference on or before 8/7/2026. Counsel for Plaintiff and United shall meet and confer in person or via videoconference regarding the outstanding discovery related to training in an effort to resolve their dispute. Should the parties fail to resolve the dispute, they may file a joint letter no longer than five pages on or before 7/30/2026. The letter shall contain a neutral description of the discovery request at issue and each party's position with legal authority in support of that position. The Court will hold the next status conference on 9/14/26 at 4 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Connection information will be circulated on the morning of the conference.
