For the avoidance of doubt, this order dissolving the Injunction also applies to the Court's statement that the Injunction is "subject to each Parties' right to seek to modify or vacate the injunction" (ECF No. 1087 at 1:35), and as the Injunction is hereby dissolved, the Parties may no longer seek to enforce, modify or vacate it; 3. Athena's Motion to Dissolve Injunction (ECF No. 1089 ) and the accompanying Request for Judicial Notice (ECF No. 1090) are hereby DENIED as moot. (es)
