Rowland: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report regarding plaintiffs seeking reinstatement or who have refiled their cases pursuant to CMO 16 1959 . Plaintiffs' PFS Liaison, Brown Greer, and Defendants identified one case (25-cv-05755) between May 16, 2026 and June 15, 2026 wherein a Plaintiff moved to reinstate their case. Defendants do not object to Plaintiff's motion reinstate. The parties also belatedly identified 26-cv-02114, which was refiled on 2/25/26. Defendant notes that the Court previously dismissed that Plaintiff's original case, 24-cv-03957 without prejudice with leave to refile by 6/25/25, and the Court explained that if Plaintiff did not refile their case by 6/25/25, the dismissal would be converted to one with prejudice.
