ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The Complaint in this matter was filed on 10/8/2025. On 10/8/2025, a Notice of Case Assignment and Discovery and Pretrial Scheduling Order 4 was issued, which set the deadline for Plaintiff to file her opening brief "[n]ot later than 90 days after service of the Answer/Transcript of the Administrative Record[.]" The Transcript of the Social Security Administrative Record 17 was filed on 1/30/2026, and served on 2/2/2026 18 . More than 90 days have lapsed since service of the Transcript of the Administrative Record, and the required filings have not been made. Plaintiff has made no other filing or other communication with the Court despite the Court's Order 14 reminding Plaintiff of the deadlines set forth in this matter. Thus, pursuant to Local Rule 41-2, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff appear in writing within 14 days from the date of this Order to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. If a response is not received by 6/12/2026, this matter will be dismissed without prejudice and without further notice. Ordered by Judge Amy M. Baggio.
