REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re: 177 . For the reasons set forth in the attached, the undersigned respectfully recommends that Plaintiff's motion be granted in part and denied in part, to wit: that, as discussed in the attached, a Judgement of Foreclosure and Sale be entered in a form substantially similar to that proposed by Plaintiff at Dkt. No. 189 , and that attorneys' fees in the amount of $264,645.50 and costs in the amount of $4,951.99 be awarded to Plaintiff. A copy of this Report and Recommendation is being electronically served on counsel. Plaintiff is directed to serve a copy of this Report and Recommendation on Defendants and file proof of service by June 18, 2026. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Joseph A. Marutollo on 6/17/2026. (HNB)
