REPORT & RECOMMENDATION: For the reasons explained in the attached, it is respectfully recommended that Plaintiff's motion for default judgment 21 , 24 against Defendant WJP Builders be granted. As described in the attached, some pages of Plaintiff's motion and exhibits are unreadable when downloaded from the electronic docket. On or before 8/21/2026, Plaintiff is instructed to file on the electronic docket the readable version of its motion that it emailed to Chambers. Plaintiff's counsel is also directed to serve Defendant WJP Builders with a copy of this Report and Recommendation and file proof of service on or before 8/21/2026. Any objections to this Report and Recommendation must be filed within 14 days of service. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(2). So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Seth D.
