Defendant Extime PS LLCs Answer, Dkt. 3, Ex. 2, which was filed on December 21, 2025 in the Los Angeles Superior Court prior to removal, shall be deemed the operative response of Defendants Extime PS LLC, Extime PS Inc., and The Private Suite LAX LLC to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint, Dkt. 27.
