MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: On May 11, 2023, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement as to Equifax Information Services, LLC Only, (ECF No. 19), and a Notice of Settlement as to Capital One Auto Finance, Inc. Only, (ECF Nos. 2021). Accordingly, the Court ordered the parties to file dismissals that comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 by June 12, 2023. (ECF No. 22.) In its Order, the Court advised the parties that, "[f]ailure to timely comply with this order shall result in the dismissal of the claims against [Defendants Equifax and Capital One]." (Id.) To date, the parties failed to file timely dismissals. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this action. The Clerk of the Court shall close this case. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lc)
