MINUTE ORDER granting 16 Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Extend the Deadline to Submit a Proposed Scheduling Order. Additionally, based on the representations within the 16 Motion and the factors in String Cheese Incident, L.L.C. v. Stylus Shows, Inc., 2006 WL 894955 (D. Colo. Mar. 30, 2006), the Court issues a stay of discovery in this matter. All discovery deadlines, including the Proposed Scheduling Order deadline, are STAYED until the resolution of the forthcoming Motion to Dismiss. If any issues remain before the Court after the Motion to Dismiss is resolved, within ten (10) days of such resolution, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report suggesting a new deadline for a Proposed Scheduling Order.
