On May 23, 2016, the Parties filed a 42 Joint Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
