Order Setting Hearing on Motion
This Cause is before the Court on 83 Defendant's Motion to Bar Undisclosed Witnesses from Testifying at Trial and Introducing Documents Not Previously Produced filed on July 1, 2026 (DE 83). It is hereby ORDERED that the Parties shall file expedited briefing. Plaintiff shall file its Response by July 10, 2026 and Defendant shall file its Reply, if any, by July 15, 2026. The Court will hold a hearing on the Motion on July 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Miami Division before Magistrate Judge Ellen F. D'Angelo. The hearing will be conducted in-person at Courtroom 10-06 in the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building, 99 N.E. Fourth Street, 10th Floor, Miami, Florida 33132.
