TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendants' counsel's correspondence, styled as a Motion for Leave to File a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. (ECF No. 18 .) Although the filing of such a letter is required under the Court's Judicial Preferences I.A.1, for future reference, parties need not submit it to the Clerk as a "motion" - a "letter" is sufficient. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to CLOSE the Motion at ECF No. 18 . The parties are directed to continue their compliance with the Court's Judicial Preferences with respect to Defendants' counsel's request, which the Court will treat as the first pre-motion conference letter under Judicial Preference I.A.1.
