ORDER GRANTING 13 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer filed by THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. In the 13 Motion, the government seeks a 30-day extension of the deadline to respond to the Complaint. This is the second request for an extension to the Answer deadline. The government avers that additional time is needed to gather information, and that Plaintiff does not oppose the request. The Court finds that there is good cause to grant the extension. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 13 Motion is GRANTED. The government shall respond to the Complaint by 10/7/2026. No further extensions will be granted absent extraordinary circumstances.
