MINUTE entry before the Honorable Margaret J. Schneider: The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Status Report 314 . The Court sets the following Rule 26(a)(2)(B) and (a)(2)(C) liability-only expert discovery schedule: Plaintiffs to disclose experts by 09/15/26; Defendants to depose Plaintiff's experts by 10/06/26; Defendants to disclose their experts by 10/27/26; Plaintiffs to depose Defendants' experts by 11/17/26; Plaintiffs to disclose rebuttal experts by 12/04/26; Defendants to disclose rebuttal exerts by 12/18/26. Damages expert discovery and dispositive motion practice is reserved at this time, in light of the District Court's standing order on summary judgment motions. The Court will address a referral to Judge Johnston for dispositive motions at the close of expert discovery.
