Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Amy Totenberg: Telephone Conference held on 7/30/2026 regarding the status of the case and deposition of Brenda King. The parties will confer and attempt to resolve any objections to the deposition testimony. If any objections remain outstanding, the defendants will file objections by Tuesday, August 4 and plaintiff will respond by Noon on Tuesday, August 11. The plaintiff will also update the Court by August 11 whether the Defendants' 92 Second MOTION in Limine for exclusion of the medical narrative of Brenda King LPC requires a ruling or has been rendered moot.
