Order on Motion to Withdraw as Attorney
ORDER Because the parties have requested a settlement conference, see ECF No. 24 , the court hereby refers this action to a United States Magistrate Judge for that purpose. The Clerk of Court respectfully is asked to please assign a Magistrate Judge to this case for the purpose of settlement. The court also denies without prejudice 23 , Motion to Withdraw. Local Rule 7(e) states that motions to withdraw an appearance normally will not be granted absent a showing that the represented party has received actual notice of the intended withdrawal. While the movant represents that other counsel shall remain on this case, and while other counsel has appeared in lieu of Attorney Alexander Kosakowski, the court denies the Motion to Withdraw without prejudice to renewal.
