ORDER granting 31 Defendant Target Corporation's Motion to Extend Defendant's Expert Disclosure and Expert Discovery Deadline. For good cause shown and noting no objection from Plaintiff, the Court EXTENDS Defendants deadline to disclose its expert witnesses to 11/2/2026 and the deadline to complete all discovery to 12/2/2026. The parties are ENCOURAGED to promptly set dates for any depositions of Defendant's expert witnesses so that the new deadline to complete discovery can be met.
